This place is a hit or miss. Depends which person you get for your hair. Some of the staff are great, friendly and do what you want. Others not do much, I told a woman how I wanted my child’s hair and even showed a picture. What my child got was absolutely not what we wanted or showed her. So just make sure you are listened to about what you would like.
