Incredibly happy with the haircut and color I got at Headquarter. Norris is so attentive and polite, and he knew pretty quickly how to achieve the look I wanted. I have a lot of hair so it takes quite a long time to fully color and tone it. The whole staff chipped in so there was no wasted time. In the end, I got a beautiful ash blonde layered look and they got a new regular customer!

I had Norris last time and he dyed my hair green instead of blonde. Alex was patient and took his time to ensure my hair was dyed correctly and beautifully. When I came in this morning my plan is just to do a haircut. This stylist keeps persuading me to do a treatment even though I told him multiple times I will have a doctors appointment soon and can’t be late. He did a very bad job at cutting my hair. I almost cried. Even my husband can do a better job at home for me. I can tell that he didn’t really focus on his basic job but just thinking about making more money. Very disappointed, will never come again.

The outcome was good in general, my main problem is with the staff. Pretty sure they were only like this with me, but the woman who was bleaching my hair kept complaining about how much hair I had and seemed reluctant to do her job. I came for a root touch up and she also complained about how hard it was to apply bleach to my roots. I am not that knowledgable about hair so I assumed 6-7 weeks after dying my hair was an ideal time to touch up, but she was also saying that I should’ve waited 2 weeks longer to touch up again. Instead of telling me this so I knew next time, she decided to complain about it out loud while doing my hair. Luckily, I can understand Cantonese, but I don’t think she knew that, otherwise wouldn’t have said this. I also ended up with a different color than before, but was told it would fade back to my original hair color. I am a bit upset with this. Also note that the prices on the website aren’t accurate. Basically, I was uncomfortable during my appointment.

Dirty and disorganized. I showed up for an appointment at 1 PM, waited 20 minutes to get put in a chair while several walk-in customers got seated before me. There’s no receptionist and no real organization to speak of- seems like when a chair opens up, they just grab whoever is nearest and waiting.

Asked for a high top fade that tapers to the top , barber proceed to go down to skin all the way not even attempting a fade . Gave me an undercut which I didn’t ask for , leaving me to look like a mushroom. First time ever have a barber made me contemplate shaving my head and starting over again. Nice guy but terrible cut.
