terrible service. barber didn’t wanna take 30 seconds of his day to line up a mustache. sat in there for 15-20 minutes while 2 barbers just sat there with nothing to do. regardless of if they were waiting for a client or not. i called before hand so they knew i was coming and for what. need to work on y’all service. not A1 ♂️

Ask for Jay; he’s professional and he cuts your hair and gives you a trim the way you want it. His fade is one of the tightest I’ve ever seen and he takes his time (but it’s all worth it). I’ve seen the negative reviews and all I have to say is this: if you want to go in without an appointment, this isn’t the place for you.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI took my 19 mo the old here for his first cut at a barber shop ! I was so scared he was going to scream bloody murder just like he did at the salon both times !! But to my surprise Bel did an amazing job not only on the cut but dealing with Noah and he was so patient ! They both did a great job . I definitely recommend this establishment !! I took my 19 mo the old here for his first cut at a barber shop ! I was so scared he was going to scream bloody murder just like he did at the salon both times !! But to my surprise Bel did an amazing job not only on the cut but dealing with Noah and he was so patient ! They both did a great job . I definitely recommend this establishment !! Rude, aloof, and unhelpful. I noticed all the 1 star reviews but decided to ignore them since barbershops are generally very subjective experiences. For reference, I tried to get a cut on a Sunday at 10:15 AM: found two gentlemen there, one seemingly doing morning prep work and one sitting on a shop chair. I cordially exchanged greetings and asked for a cut, the one doing prep work ignored me while the one on the shop chair looked at his watch, stated that he’d be available at 1:30 PM then resumed texting. I had to catch a flight later that day, so I tried to ask whether it was possible to get an earlier cut, but they both ignored me after that exchange. That was the most unprofessional customer service experience I’ve gone through and I would not trust them with my hair. Go at your own risk.

As a supporter of black businesses, I always make an effort to support them when possible. With that said, this establishment needs some work. Effort is strongly needed on that communication piece if you want to gain new customers. I would suggest setting up signs so when a potential new customer comes to the shop for a cut, they can distinguish between appointments and non- appointments. This might look better instead of having customers wait around while most of the barbers are sitting in the chairs watching tv instead of cutting hair. Additionally, being rude and nasty to potential new customers does not fit into a good businesses model. Besides all that, you do give excellent haircuts.

This shop should be closed down. They are all racists in there. I will never go back to this shop again. I dont even want to give one star but its the only way to write a review. I brought my son in there was noone in any chair. They had us sit down a man of color came in and they put him in a chair. I thought maybe he had an appointment. A man of color came in again and they put him in a chair. When the first barber was done he sat down and was watching the tv. Then another chair opened they totally ignored us .I finally got up to leave and there were no customers and the one barber said yeah sorry we are booked today and they all laughed. This establishment should be shut down

Knew I had to get an important haircut in a pinch today Sunday 8/27/17 but I had looked online on Friday at a shop in Middletown, Headquarters, and the google information showed open until 7. I had arranged my weekend schedule around this. I was in luck. Until I showed up at 610 to the door not even latched shut, one employee inside claiming to be closed. He then proceeded to tell me they closed at 6. The sign outside the shop says 4 on Sunday. Obviously know one really knows the hours, will never attempt to get my haircut here again.

It’s a good place but the barber that I will not name because i’m not trying to mess with his money. I texted the number the other barbers gave me to contact him. now let me tell you I was cut by him two times before and I was a good client as far as I know but he’s gonna say when I message him that he can’t cut me anymore , he just hated me off the bat but I don’t understand money is money i’m not going to discredit the place because of one bad Barber “as a person not a barber he’s great” now I feel like I cant go back there because after I get my haircut he going to bad mouth me to the other barbers and tell them not to cut me, we all know they talk at barbershops
