Susie is friendly, happy and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her to anyone. You get the haircut you pay for. And its well worth every penny!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI tried to like my hair but it was obviously over processed and then I was told that I should actually be grateful I got such a great lift in one sitting…. Yea if that’s what I wanted. I had beautiful virgin hair that is now way too light and it is extremely dry. And to be told she doesn’t want to tone me because she is afraid I won’t get this light again, get out of here; I never wanted to be blonde I wanted to be caramel I must have passed one to get to the other. The response to how I should feel was ridiculous and very unprofessional. The reaction alone was enough for my mom to book a color somewhere else nonetheless this dry Ramen noodle color that now breaks constantly. For me to walk out almost $400 less with something I didn’t like and with a result that was obviously beyond the acceptable extent of damage when coloring yet told to be grateful makes me feel robbed. I recently moved to Ocean Pines and needed to find a stylist here. I asked a neighbor and she suggested Headlines. I called and a very courteous gentleman scheduled an appointment for me with Amanda. She was amazing! She spent hours transforming my neglected color into a beautiful beachy blonde. I got a perfect haircut and she reshaped my caterpillar eyebrows. The interior space is very modern and comfortable. I felt like I was in a private spa. All of my services were done in one room. Amanda’s chair, shampoo station and very lux waxing chair were all in one room. I really enjoyed not having to walk around the salon with a wet head from one station to another. I scheduled my next appointment and left feeling rejuvenated. Best of all, my husband of 38 years actually noticed and complimented my hair. I highly recommend Headlines and Amanda.

The staff was fantastic. Susie was my hairdresser. We were down for a wedding and she did my hair. I walk with a cane and they had the hairdresser come down so I wouldn’t have to go upstairs. I also like that they call you the day before to verify the appointment.
