My hair was ruined here a few months ago. Got a color correction which the stylist assumed meant bleaching my entire head until it turned yellow. When I complained to the owner, she said to come back to the same stylist so she can fix it for free. She didn’t fix it, only made it worse, tried to convince me it was an ash blonde, then charged me $50. Overall, I spent almost $150 for a hair job that looks like I did it in my own basement.

ive known joanna for yrs ill say she does great hair styles just not mastered the different colors on different types of hair so i was 1 of the unfortunate clients but the hiatus part of it all some1 who claims to run a business & experience the services i did she does wk to plz her clients she covers her business /income she cdnt nor was she professional enough to fix her mistake with a customer tht has contributed to her business while recommending her to others my last visit my blonde was orange, my hair was butchered like a rototiller ran through it & when i called respectfully to address the situation for a adult to not act like a mature adult & calls themselves professional but totally not when u have a complaint about her wk & being i expecting her to fix my hair tht i paid her to do as i requested expected & ended up being neglected just now got my hair bk even & looking healthy 180$ later & im so plz with my choice of hair dresser her clients come 1st & she wont let u leave a unhappy customer thxs mindy sola salon asheville nc college & spruce street above rm 9 2nd floor as for joanna who didnt show any concern she screamed & yelled at me on the phone told me she was sick of me come get my $ bk forget my concerns & not being a satisfied customer she took it as if i was complaining unfortunately she forgot her profession business skills for people tht are the only reason her business is or wd be successful today hmmm W,W,J,D wdnt recommend
