I love headlines hair! Not only are they really nice and professional, but hair looks amazing! I used to go to Joseph Anthony’s but I decided to give them a try because they were offering 50% off of either a cut or a color for a new client. They just got a lifelong client with me! Elena did my hair she cut off a couple inches and gave me bangs. Best hair cut I ever had. I couldn’t recommend them more! I don’t know how long they are offering that 50% of either a cut or color for new clients, but I would go soon!

Went to have my hair done and I used my birthday Groupon. The lady helping me said she would not honor it? I’m only 18 and had no idea what she meant however the owner quickly intervened and I was seated with this lady who actually did a fabulous job. The owner told me you have to read the Groupon and it specifically says you must call and schedule with such and such stylist? So lesson learned. Although I had this initial hiccup my hair turned out beautifully. I would go again.

Very disappointed with their poor management , age discrimination , and disrespect of people’s time . They put another customer in front of my daughter’s ( 5 year old ) appointment, we arrived less than 8 minutes late , and I was told that we are late ( it was a messy rainy morning ) no consideration what so ever . Then the stylist we booked with said that she is dying another customer ‘s hair and she offered us either to wait 20-25 minutes or come back later in the day !! Salon owner was obviously ok with that because he was there but did nothing to help .

It was my first time coming to this place and upon arrival I noticed there was 3 people by the reception desk, a man and 2 women. I walked in with a smile saying hello and just instantly felt a feeling of unwelcomeness. You would’ve thought that with new customers you would be greeted with “Hi, how are you? What can we help with?” Instead I was greeted with “What did you need?” Apart of me wanted to leave but I was desperate for a cut before leaving to the bahamas the next day.
