I bought a Groupon and called to make an appointment. When I showed up no one was in the building and I had to wander around before finding the lady who was surprised I’d arrived on time for my appointment. She said my hair and scalp weren’t suitable for the keratin treatment I had paid for on Yelp. They’re supposed to honor the dollar amount of the Groupon for something else so I should have been about to get a haircut but she wouldn’t offer such. Her attitude and her flustered, confused approach do not make me feel comfortable having any kind of treatment from her.
