I went here to get my roots colored and a Brazilian blowout. I told them I didn’t want it too dark. I want it one shade lighter than my roots. They said after the Brazilian it would be lighter. It was NOT lighter. My hair was almost black when they were done. Then I called 5 times and the phone said that the mailbox was full so I couldn’t leave a message, so I emailed them and I still got no response.

Went here after reading the reviews after purchasing a groupon. They didn’t do a good job on my hair and just did the bare minimum. I was aiming for a lighter tone and she said the color will blend well with the hair colors I have. Now, I have a very dark hair and have to go to another hairstylist before my trip… i’m not going back to this salon. Although, Jamie the hairstylist was nice she just didn’t do a good job on my hair.

Everyone is very nice there. I went for a full head of highlights and trim. Kind of disappointed because it doesn’t look like I got highlights at all. It just looks like the toner took over and now I’ll have to figure out what to do with my hair.. I thought waiting for it to dry it would look lighter/better but it still looks very honey brown. Again everyone is super nice there, just sad with how my hair came out, she did put foil on all the hair for highlights. I will try to shampoo it with blue color corector to get rid of the warm tone, I wanted a cooler look..more ash/cooler color. I posted photos to help anyone else with similar dark curly hair like mines. I just dont think it was worth the money, but thanks for the help.

I unfortunately had a pretty bad experience here. After reading the reviews I was very excited to go and get my hair done here! And I hate to post a bad review but the way things were handled after I mentioned the issues to them made me realize I should let others know.

I was looking for a new place as I just moved to the area… I’m beyond happy that I found this place. The owner Lynn is so welcoming, helpful and just as nice as can be. Brianna, my stylist, did a highlight, cut, blow dry and style. So sweet and helpful. She took time out to set a plan with me to get my hair back as healthy as can be again. In love with my blonde color. I already booked my next appt with her!

I reluctantly purchased a Groupon for Full Balayage Highlights, Haircut and Blow Out. I say reluctantly ONLY because I really enjoy seeing my regular stylist but she went out on leave and that salon is now booking 3 weeks out for a color appointment. I couldn’t stand looking at the grey hairs popping up, again. My whole apprehension behind buying a Groupon is, the TRUST factor. I don’t just trust my hair to anyone. I only get my hair cut about every 12 weeks and color about every 6 months. When it comes to Groupon, I have bought them in the past and had the stylist listen to what I want done, look at pictures and then do whatever THEY want anyway. So, I bought a Groupon, called and made the appointment which was awesome seeing as how they could get me in THAT WEEK! I made my appointment on a Friday for that very next Wednesday. I was super nervous about my appointment being that she would be bleaching my hair so I did some research on the reviews about Head Lines. I saw some great reviews about Brianna so I was put at ease immediately. I ended up running late Wednesday and called as soon as I knew I would be late (10 mins prior) which I am not normally late for an appointment with a new salon but alas, things happen. Anyway, they were gracious about it and told me that they would let my stylist Brianna know. I entered the salon and it wasn’t anything super trendy or dated either just a regular salon. I was greeted by the staff warmly and was assured that being late was no problem. The salon was clean and I happened to be the only one there which was nice. I showed Brianna the hair color and cut style that I was going for and let her have at it. My appointment was at 1:00 and showed up at 1:15 PM and was there until 4:30. Brianna took her time making sure that the foil placement and color used were correct to lift all this old boxed brown hair dye out and tone it beautifully. As a matter of fact, she actually toned it twice to make sure that I wasn’t leaving as brassy as I had come in. I chatted the whole time with the wonderful ladies in this salon and I feel like I have made a new home. Brianna did a lot of work for a $120 Groupon (this was at least $250 OR MORE cut and color service at any other salon considering the amount of product and time involved). My hair came out beautiful! I could not believe how much of a difference my hair looked from the time I walked in until the time I walked out! Brianna and Head Lines you have made a new client! Thank you ladies for your time and expertise!

Awful disaster place!!! Hair cut then Brazilian treatment applied. Traditional hair blow dry and flat ironing my hair, then layering my hair. After that wash my hair applied conditioner and it was done. I agree on conditioner! However the hair cut should be done properly and style it. When the stylist is doing her job. I’m pacing on the other side direction behind the salon mirror. Then see my self wet hair And it’s done I left the salon wondering with conditioner hoping my hair cut just a normal hair cut. When I came home wash my hair and blow dry. It’s awful look like a botched hair. I could say the treatment was not bad. Total experience was distasteful.
