This place is a hit or miss depending who is working on you…The past two times there was a blonde Asian lady that did a good job. Today I asked for a basic haircut just the ends to be cut and I got a trim that messed up my even hair. The dark hair Asian lady would not communicate much and if a client comes while you are in the chair get ready to be rushed. I also asked for eyebrows trending and initially she said yes that she can do it, but when another customer was waiting I had to come back later. I did return later and the eyebrow trim was a joke and left too much space between the eyebrows.. she ruined my initial shape. Yes is hair and grows back but I am really disappointed by the low quality service, lack of communication and the rushed service.. The prices are low and they can get you in the chair fast but since they don’t talk too much with you to make sure you’re happy, and they fully understand what you want don’t trust they will do a good job unless you have very low expectations.. Also the cleanines of this place could definitely be better. In the eyebrows room there was hair on the bed I pointed out that I don’t want to sit on that hair, and she just pulled the white paper over it and had me sit.

I have microblading service with Lena. She is nice but does not explain in detail procedure and after care. I told her since the beginning that I want my brows to be brown or at least dark brown to match my hair and skin. The brows are black-grey… I do not like the color and on the touch up I told her to correct it and she said they will look dark. She never did a skin test… I am assuming the dark color is the only one she has. When she was doing the procedure she had hair hair in her eyes covering vision, I told her to remove her hair so she can see better and told me. I can see very well??. She sale a very small Vaseline tube for $20 for after care. She probably bought that in $1, it has Chinese instructions…I will not go back as I am not happy with the color of my brows. I paid $250 for nothing, i would have to color my brows with pencil to get the color I want. She does not concentrate when doing procedure as she has to answer phone for the salon and goes in and out to continue job. The prices they have in the “Savings Magazine” are not true, they overcharge for everything!!.

Terrible place to go I would never recommend this place to anyone even saw them taking the hair out of a dirty brush and throwing it on the floor then put the brush that was dirty back in the drawer to reuse it disgusting

I came here to get my hair done for a wedding, and only the haircut came out good, the person curled my hair before doing the hairstyle causing all the curls to fall out by the time I left, and I showed them a picture of the hairstyle I wanted, they did a different hairstyle not even close to the picture.
