Critical: PunctualityThe haircuts are good but the place needs direction, terribly. The last 6 times I have tried to go there, they are closed during hours when they are supposed to be open. I try calling to verify theyre open before I go and can never get anyone to answer, yet the barbers spend PLENTY of time on their personal phones during and between cuts as I sit and wait during previous visits. No sense of urgency. Also, one particular barber there ALWAYS has music playing loudly with explicit lyrics with young children in the waiting area.
