I’m a barbershop guy. But I also have worked for some very high end retailers before and customer service is high on my list of things required for you to get my hard earned money. I have been to several barber shops here in the valley and every time I get the same story. I go in, scope the place, its dirty (always dirty) and then I see the “bros” cutting hair and nobody says anything…not even hi. There are 3 places where theres a barber or a shop I’ve been to where the story was different (except the high end ones we’ve had but they arent the same). One is in Mission over by Palm Valley Church and theres 1 guy in there who’s worth paying. I dont remember his name but he’s the first one there and the last to leave and he even met me there once on a Sunday early. Hes cool. Then my boy Abram at Mr. Flawless is money. Now that I live closer to San Juan, I found Headhunters. This place is awesome. First off my dude Jose is a great business man who understands that a greeting and a little customer service go a long way. Second the place is set up nice, good feel and it’s pretty clean too especially compared to other spots (Mr. Flawless is pretty clean too). I’m not talking hair on the floor either when I say dirty. I’m talking dirty. Anyway. The first time I tried to get cut at Headhunters I had to leave so the second time I came and saw this sign on the door. I was like, dude was so cool last time I will just wait. He got there, I told him if I could get a quick cut, he was super professional and fast and the cut was clean. Like what more can you ask for? Some people might trip about the shop being closed, but my dude had to go pick up his kid from school so it’s good. Besides, too many businesses wouldn’t have even put the sign up and that’s why they dont get the business. Headhunters is the spot, you wont be disappointed.

Good, friendly staff that cut hair well. Haven’t had any issues here. Inexpensive price, drinks available, and good hair products too. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good haircut.

Barber messed me up so badly I asked for a mid fade but he didn’t even give me a fade and I asked to cut a tiny bit on top but he cut a lot more than half of my hair im never going again in my life 0/10
