Just went in by chance at Xmas time and even though it seems tiny and kinda had a hole in the wall look because of the location that couldn’t be farther from the truth. I needed a color & cut and they did not disappoint. The woman who did my hair Kim was friendly and talkative and made me feel like I had been coming in for years .when I explained what I was looking to get it was a bit different and dare I say difficult she ,well they pulled it off . I say they cause it was a team effort. The young lady who even washed my hair was amazing. Went in recently and Kim and the team did it again . This place and the women are amazing.highly recommend…

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI called headcutters at 8:40 asking if they had any availability for a 9 oclock blow out last minute as I had a cancellation with my own hairdresser. The woman on the phone said to come right down and they could get to me by 9 with no problem. I drove straight there , was there by 850. I sat there until 9:10 watching the staff do nothing but smoke outside the shop. At 9:10 the receptionist proceeded to tell me that she made a mistake and didn’t have any available hairdressers for me. An entire half an hour wasted on their unprofessionalism and smoking. They are rude, unprofessional and not to mention reek of cigarette smoke. Very nice staff, I took my daughter to get her tips colored. They took great care of her. She loved it. The staff put on cartoons for her, even gave a dum-dum pop when she was done. Affordable pricing. I even got myself a cut, while I waited. Very accommodating. Covid safe! Would recommend.
