Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came in today as a walk in, I was greeted by the receptionist and I asked for a wash, cut and blow out. She said she could definitely get me in for the wash and cut but not sure about the blow out but would try her best. She was very nice and friendly. After my wash I was seated in Marie’s chair. I told her what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. All the while Great convo, great company and She gave me the blowout ☺️ The place was clean, decorated for the holidays, you can tell the owner takes pride in her business. I came in today as a walk in, I was greeted by the receptionist and I asked for a wash, cut and blow out. She said she could definitely get me in for the wash and cut but not sure about the blow out but would try her best. She was very nice and friendly. After my wash I was seated in Marie’s chair. I told her what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. Critical: ProfessionalismTerrible customer service. Called ahead to see if they do kid’s hair cuts. Every hair dresser playing on their phone and nobody wants to give a kids cut. The hair dresser that is “up next” begrudgingly agrees to cut his hair and has the biggest attitude I have experienced in customer service. Doesn’t say hello to my son or try to make him comfortable. Her attitude and demeanor made him extremely uncomfortable And then say’s she can’t give him a good haircut if he acts like that. She obviously didn’t want to give him a haircut so we left.
