Everyone on the staff is always kind and friendly, the wait time even when busy, is never long and it is always very clean with great atmosphere. Wow!!!! what a great experience!!!! Went in as a walk in today . Annette the receptionist, was so amazing accommodating, I needed my hair Highlighted ASAP. When someone was available she fit me right in., with Cathy amazing very accommodating. Cathy did beautiful highlights. usually my hair turns orange first time around it didn’t. It was perfect. Carla as well is amazing! I am very happy with the results.

Horrible service. Another disappointment. Hope if you use them you have better luck and hopefully you don’t get one of the smokers who smell very strongly of the cigarette smoke. NOT GOING BACK

My family and I have been coming here for at least 15 years. Our stylist Alison is fantastic. She not only does haircuts for my son and husband, she also does mine and my daughter’s long thick hair. I have never had a complaint about any service she has done for me. I can spend a fortune every month for a color and cut plus a keratin treatment for me and my daughter every 4 months at a full service salon. But Headcutters does the same work with the same products at a much more reasonable rate. The staff is always warm and welcoming and, of course, Alison has become like family to us. I cannot imagine going anywhere else!

Came for a simple buzz cut nothing to crazy after a day I was able to see how uneven it was for $3 more I will go to my regular barber shop. This one is conveniently located and was cheap so I figured I would give it a shot. The staff was nice just did a subpar job.
