My daughter went in for ombre dark top and light bottom.They did lighten bottom and turned it orange/copper.Instead of darkening top they also lightened the top,but not the middle she had a dark ring all the way around the middle.Completely not what she asked for they even had a picture of what it was supposed to look like.We tried to contacted manager and was told the owner would contact us,and he did. We meet with him he seen picture,and talked to employee. They denied any responsibility or refund.We were told her hair couldn’t be done that way,do to the fact it a as dyed with box dye from store.Long and short of it,cost $150.00 at a different solon to fix it looks great now.
