amazing service everyone was so friendly and helpful. I brought my curly haired 10 yr old daughter in for a consult. Everyone made sure not only to provide excellent services but also make sure my daughter knew how beautiful her natural hair is. She’s biracial and has beautiful curly hair that i don’t know how to tame. Our stylist walked us through the entire process and i feel confident that i can now do the process at home with some practice. Diane came to my hotel room to style my hair for my wedding…she does beautiful work and she is so courteous and friendly to approach! She did my highlights a week before the wedding which are beautiful with my natural color, and she even let me borrow one of her dryers to dry run my wedding prep hairstyle! =] I will always recommend this company for not only their event services, but also their regular styling! I never write reviews but on this I have to! I met Diana not knowing she was a hair stylist. I commented on how lovely her hair was and she explained to me it was the products she uses. A few days later she dropped off samples for me! Okay so I’m impressed! I use the products… ran out and stopped by her salon to purchase some more. Right then and there she had me sit in the seat and her staff showed me how to use the product! WOW! I made an appointment and now it is a week after having my hair done. I learned more about my hair in the time I spent with Diana. She showed me how to style and take care of my hair… even how to wash it! I don’t know if I’m more impressed with how my hair turned out and how I’m able to style it or more impressed with her staff…. I guess I can be impressed with both!

So let me start of my saying, I typically do not wear my hair curly. I’ve always had long hair and worn it primarily straight. However my hair is naturally curly… in the past couple of years I’ve started to embrace my natural hair more and more and in doing so, I’ve been trying to find products that give me my desired look. After much research I found DevaCurl. And on their site I came across headtrip studio. It had great reviews so i made an appointment. My stylist was Johnny. I explained what I was looking for and that I wanted to trim my hair without sacrificing length. She walked me through everything and explained in order to have a decent look, I would have to cut it a little more than I wanted. She took me step by step on how to use the products which was very helpful… I was very surprised when she cut my hair wet. But I was even more surprised when I looked at the final results. This was one of the BEST haircuts I EVER had. I haven’t straightened by hair yet but I will update this review later. But in short I’m completely satisfied! Thank you Johnny!!!

This salon is decorated lovely and is very clean. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Diana was wonderful with the curly hair education that she provided. Great experience all round! We will be back, for sure!

I saw Johnny for a cut and was extremely disappointed. First off she cut my hair wet at no time during the visit was my hair ever dry (my hair was wet from walking in from the rain). I left the salon with wet hair and her telling me to let it finish drying. My hair is extremely uneven some pieces being the same length as I came in and some being much shorter. My hair felt disgusting when I left the salon and I looked terrible I had to cancel my plans for after bc my hair looked horrible. I called later in the day to tell her I was unhappy she offered to return the products which she did but when I asked for my money back
