I have been going to this salon for more than 17 years for cuts, trims, colors, washes, prom and graduation styling. I specifically drive down from Raleigh to go to Head To Toe and trust no one else with my hair. I had such a hard time finding someone that didn’t mind taking the time to highlight my thick curly hair but she always does it with no complaints..(trust me I have a lot of hair).
