The salon is located in an historic building and has been beautifully renovated. The owner (Tracy) is very personable and professional. I went for a hair appointment. Unfortunately, the owner was not available to do a cut and style, so I received a very inexperienced hair stylist. I showed pictures of what I wanted and explained in detail the layered style. She had 12 inches of length to work with in getting the layering. I knew I was in trouble when she stated she didn’t get good training at cosmetology school. The stylist struggled to cut my hair in the layers I requested. Twice the owner came over and had to intervene in attempting to get my hair even remotely close to what I wanted. It didn’t work out! I stated several times I wanted my hair to hit at my bra line and by the end, my hair ended up sitting just below on my shoulders. I have uneven layers and a very poor cut and style. I wanted it to work! The upside to all of this is that haircuts grow out. I felt bad for this inexperienced stylist. She needs to take classes to sharpen her skills. I was impressed with the owner attempting to guide her through the process. I need to let it grow out before I can get it fixed. I didn’t feel good about this experience…its too bad. Not likely to return for services.

I had Tracy shape up my hair and I was so happy with results. The salon is beautiful and relaxing. Tracy is an exceptional stylist and owner of salon. If you want a full service salon, look no further. Plenty of parking. I also had massage with Kimberly. The massage was wonderful and again beautiful and quiet room. So glad we have an upscale salon in Massillon with full service menu

Best salon I’ve been to. Every service is excellent! Owner is very good and experienced. No walk-ins available but definitely worth the wait. Scheduling appointments is easier than ever on the website. Everyone is nice and environment is very relaxing. So nice to have a 5* spa in massillon.

Tracy does an amazing job. Her salon is absolutely beautiful, you can see the effort and care that went into making it what is now. She cares about her clients, I’ve enjoyed getting to know her over the years, I’ll never go anywhere else.
