I was really disappointed with the service I received from this salon. Colleen did a pedicure and a haircut for me and while the haircut was ok my nails were really not done up to par. Very uneven and the paint didn’t cover the tip of my nail. The chair and foot bath were very grimy and there were hairs in the tub. The jets were not working at the time. I felt gross putting my feet in the tub but I didn’t want to be rude. She had me walk from the pedicure chair to the hair cutting chair without my shoes on and there was hair all over the floor that stuck to my feet. Colleen hardly lets a person get a word in edgewise and it felt like she managed to point out every flaw I had from acne to razor burn plus everything in between loudly for all to hear. I left there feeling crummy which is not how anyone should feel leaving a salon. The owner Holly was there and did not seem bothered by her employees behavior.

Landed in Maui and wanted to get a haircut before the trip officially began. Called Hollee and she was so nice and accommodated me towards the end of her day. Showed her two pictures and she gave me exactly the haircut I wanted. And on top, she gave us some amazing local recommendations. Will give her ten stars if I could! 🙂

Hollie is great with color and highlights. I travel to Maui often and try to time my highlights so I can get them done while I’m in Maui. She does a great job, The shop is cute and casual. They are very friendly and reasonable with their pricing. Highly recommend this shop.

I just got a massage from Mel and it was OUTSTANDING! I’m a fan of massage and I am not exaggerating when I say this was one of the best I’ve ever received. I appreciated the price as well given everything is so expensive on the island. Mel is not only talented at massage but has as very pleasant and professional demeanor.

This is much much More than a salon. Colleen has been color correcting my 20+ years of “home dyed” hair and doing a fabulous job. I’ve never loved my hair more! Holly dyed my eyelashes & I love that too! And today I had the most amazing mind- body- spirit, massage from Louise, he’s “the one “ I’ve been searching for. the Pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is at this little nugget!!!
