Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was set up an appointment I’m not sure who it was I walked in everyone looked at me like I was crazy because of my skin color and when I went to the back I told the lady that I was ready to pay before she did my hair just so I can know how much everything is I had a time and she was already ready to do my hair but I had explain to her I only had a card and once I explain she told me to walk across the street to the ATM because they only take cash and I explained it’s a credit card I lost my debit card so I have to use credit card and when I told her that she ignored the fact that that was my only way to pay she asked for my payment ahead of time and I explain to her that it’s credit I can’t add it to accounts.
