Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI started going to this salon after a botched hair color job at another salon. I had seen Melanie’s work online and thought she was really talented. She took her time and got the scary colors out and made my hair better than ever. I have not looked back and get compliments on my hair a lot – even from complete strangers and other hair dressers. This is also a “no drama” salon which I love. Everyone at the front desk is awesome and are happy to be there and they all work as a team! I started going to this salon after a botched hair color job at another salon. I had seen Melanie’s work online and thought she was really talented. She took her time and got the scary colors out and made my hair better than ever. I have not looked back and get compliments on my hair a lot – even from complete strangers and other hair dressers. Critical: QualityThe girl who cut my hair was friendly and polite but never listened to what I wanted. Told her I don’t blow dry my hair and she straightened my hair after telling her I like my natural curly hair. I was quoted $45 and was charged $63. I never got the hair cut I asked for. I told her I wanted short on top to keep out of my face and I ended up with hair hanging in my face. She was suppose to feather it away from my face. The girl who cut my hair was friendly and polite but never listened to what I wanted. Told her I don’t blow dry my hair and she straightened my hair after telling her I like my natural curly hair. Me and my mom got our haircut on Thursday by Kaitlyn. She is the best! I’m so happy with my cut. She actually listened to me when I told her a concern I had about previous cuts by other people. It looks better then it has in a long time and my mom loves her cur as well. I also really love the atmosphere of the house where its located. Its charming and comfortable.

We have had great service in the past. This past year and today made our choice to never come to this salon again an easy decision, despite the fact we really love our hair stylist. Our first incident last year, I called to schedule my appointment for my daughter and I. The receptionist told me that the stylist we had been seeing in the past no longer worked there. So we made our appointment wiTh someone else. We showed up on our date and time scheduled and was told that there were no appointments scheduled for us. Today same thing, appointment scheduled for the wrong day and they had no one that could see us. All the receptionist could say was sorry. This is the second time this has happened and we will not be back. My daughter cried in the car for 20 minutes. Luckily I was able to find some place else. Terrible customer service, not to mention a huge inconvenience to us.

I followed not knowing anything about this salon except the building always reminded me of a whimsical castle in a Disney film. Being nervous, they were quite welcoming. I have been going to Joni for sometime now. She waxes my brows just right and we have a fun time every visit. She also helped me discover an additional chin hair and lip acne issue that were un-noticeable. I highly recommend Joni to whomever may need her services. She is professional, fun, and experienced in her field. I followed not knowing anything about this salon except the building always reminded me of a whimsical castle in a Disney film. Being nervous, they were quite welcoming. Christy is the best. I went to her after recovering from Chemo. After she cut and styled my hair exactly like I wanted. Went back as second time for as shampoo and style. It was great. Prices are good, service is great. Will be my permanent hair salon.

First of all i have 13 years in customer service and this place was by far the best one I’ve been to. I had my eyebrows waxed and hair cut. They both were amazing. Wonderful ladies. Love love this place. I would highly recommend this place!!!
