I have been coming to this Head Start Salon for quite a few years. I admire the way they handled a bad situation with a customer. They were very professional about it, they had the Mall security waiting at the salon to inform this particular customer that he was banned from the establishment due to his vulgar and disrespectful behavior towards the stylist. It was refreshing to see someone put him in his place and humiliate him like he did to the stylist.

My bf and I went with our son and they both got haircuts. They did a great job with both and were very friendly with my son. They even let us keep a lock of his hair and put it in a zip lock bag for us and labeled the date on it. Very fair pricing too.

This is my new favorite place to get my hair cut. I’ve gotten it done several times now and have even gotten quite a few very helpful tips about how to take care of my thinning hair. The ladies that work here are so nice and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. Also my hair always looks awesome when I leave.

I went there last Saturday and showed the hair stylist a picture of how i wanted my hair cut and after she got through cutting my hair it didn’t look anything like the picture i showed her…. The past couple of times that we’ve been here, the service is SLOW!! One lady always goes to break (smoking) while there are about 4-6 people waiting t be seen… ridiculous!! We’ve been waiting for almost an hour at this point…. several others in line behind us. Probably will find another location for future services.
