Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityUnprofessional. We walked in and was never greeted. We sat and waited while there was a very inappropriate movie playing on the television. The barber never spoke to us until the owner walked and was smart enough to change the channel. After an additional 5 minutes waiting for someone to speak to us the owner asked if we had an appointment today? I said yes we did and we had already been waiting 15 minutes. The owner asked the other barber if the appointment was with him? He responded by saying he did not know he had not checked his appointments. My son left after his haircut and his neck and forhead were burning and he had cuts. My son does not want to return to this place. We will be finding someone new.Service: HaircutUnprofessional. I forget the owners name but he is awesome. I met him over 20 years ago when he first opened. He makes sure you are totally satisfied even if he doesn’t service you himself. Every barber in there is competent.

Hopefully i can continue to make Mr.Walker proud by keeping the shop a community barbershop where we greet everyone, encourage positivity and be barber’s for better fathers helping guide the youth to prosperity and deliver the best cuts possible.
