Critical: QualityI would like to kindly say that I did love the attitude of my stylist, she was very funny and easy to talk to. But when I left I wasn’t too impressed with my hair. (My bad for not saying anything. I said it looked great and went on with my day). I was a bit confused when she put the bleach on because I thought we had agreed it would be brown with highlights, at the end I asked where the brown was and she told me and I couldn’t see it. It looked the same color it did when I walked in there except shorter, and just a tad shorter than I wanted which could also be my fault but half an inch off looked more like one or two inches. When I left I realized I still had bleach in the back underneath and rushed home to rinse it out.Not completely bashing this place and my experience could’ve been the only one like this. I would like to kindly say that I did love the attitude of my stylist, she was very funny and easy to talk to. But when I left I wasn’t too impressed with my hair. (My bad for not saying anything. I said it looked great and went on with my day). First time at Head Rush salon with Teresa. We had a mini consult about color and what I wanted, then we moved right into the color highlights. I was there for two hours. After the color and cut, she also dried/ styled my hair. Cost was awesome and very reasonable!! Had a great experience and will be back!

The women are very nice and honest. They do an amazing job and tell right away if they think something is a bad idea. Kara is always my go to and she did a terrific job on my hair. It was crunchy , dry , dead and faded and now it’s healthy strong and a beautiful deep purple red. You will never regret going to head rush 10 out of 10

I have been going to Carrie for my haircuts for over 15 years and for good reason. I tried other places through the years l.. just for fun.. and I always end up going back to her lol I have a couple layers and I like a V shape and she does it perfect. Other places would give me a “shelf” that’s not blended.. just horrible. Carrie is awesome!

Went in for a balayage and a cut by Cary. Showed her a picture of what I wanted. My hair is choppy, and the dye job is horrible, my hair is extremely brassy to the point it is orange. I have straight lines where my hair is dark to light. I went back to complain and Cary said I just need to use purple shampoo and that she dyed my hair the way she did because she assumed I wear my hair up all the time. Even if I did wear my hair up a lot she should’ve done it how I wanted it. If I could leave zero stars I would. I am so upset. I am embarrassed to go out in public now my hair is so bad.
