I called today 10/19/22 at 3:50. All I was trying to do was get tanning package prices and hopefully schedule a hair cut. Needless to say I won’t be doing that. Who ever answered the phone clearly isn’t interested in gaining new business. I’m naturally super positive and bubbly. So to be responded to so rudely made no sense at all. Sad because there is no where else local to tan that I know of or to get a good cut, color or hairstyle. I haven’t lived here since I was a kid and recently came back to this area so I could be wrong. But there is also the fact that who wants someone with rude miserable energy chopping away at their hair or dousing it with chemicals? However maybe that will be my 2023 goal. Bring in a business with great customer service. For such a small town you would think people would be more inviting and kind so their small town can thrive as well as their business. Disappointing, but no wonder people drive so far out of the area for services.

Critical: Quality, ValueI would give this place 0 stars if I could. DO NOT see cris. I had long beautiful hair and she gave me a AFRO MULLET. She cut a solid 10 inches off my hair when we agreed on taking 4 inches off. There was absolutely no long hair on the sides of my head for the base layer. And the manager/owner said my experience was “unfortunate” no offer for a refund no offer to fix it. I am literally devastated. I went from hair over half way down my back to a mullet at shoulder length. I went to another salon and they asked if I tried cutting it myself and their face was utter shock. They even found super short spots in the back for layers and the over all length. Nothing was even. He said that it was probably a case of jealousy so she hacked my hair. No professional hairdresser that has been practicing for years should have given that quality of cut. Literally years of hair growth just gone.I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Many times when I call to set up a tanning appt they never have any beds available. This is very frustrating as I have a very small window of availability to tan. They also don’t have the best customer service. They’re very short and rude in my opinion. Unfortunately there’s not many places to choose from if you’re wanting to tan in long prairie.
