Positive: ProfessionalismI had to change my original review because this needed to be posted. I was unhappy with the service I received initially. And a big part of it was due to the fact that I had very long very very thick hair. But the main thing I want to point out is how professional the owner is and same day had me come back and have my hair fixed. Alexa did a fantastic job, and im leaving feeling pretty like I wanted. I had to change my original review because this needed to be posted. I was unhappy with the service I received initially. And a big part of it was due to the fact that I had very long very very thick hair. But the main thing I want to point out is how professional the owner is and same day had me come back and have my hair fixed. Alexa did a fantastic job, and im leaving feeling pretty like I wanted. Positive: Quality, ValueI had an appointment with Beth and could not be more satisfied! I got a full head of highlights and a cut. She did an excellent job getting the highlight color and toner to compliment my blonde hair. Beth was also so kind and helped answer all my questions. The salon was great!

Critical: QualityNew to the area. Scheduled with Anna. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and pointed out my 3 cowlicks. There is no other word for the result but botched. I was so unhappy, I was going to just leave. However, I stopped at the appointment desk and ask for the owner. Owner immediately put me in her chair, and did a great job making corrections as best she could. You cannot glue the hair back on, however, and owner asked me to please return when my hair grew out and she would do the cut I wanted. 2 stars reflects my overall satisfaction with today’s visit.Service: HairstylingNew to the area. New to the area. Scheduled with Anna. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and pointed out my 3 cowlicks. There is no other word for the result but botched. I was so unhappy, I was going to just leave. However, I stopped at the appointment desk and ask for the owner.
