Honestly, if I could give my experience at this salon 0 stars, I would. I have only had appointments with Heather, so I cannot speak of the other staff. However, DO NOT go to Heather for any hair coloring. I asked for a baylayge and showed her a picture of what I wanted, and down below is what I got. It is streaky, and not what I asked for at all. When I expressed to her I was upset about my hair, she argued with me and tried to tell me it was my fault. She offered a refund (which I accepted), but the refund I got was a very minimal percentage of the ridiculous price I paid for this. My mother, sister, and I have all been loyal customers for years, and she treated us with very little respect during this incident. Do not go to Heather for anything other than a basic cut, if that.
