Critical: Professionalism, QualityThere are some very talented and knowledgeable stylists there but there is also a stylist who has no business touching anyone’s hair. My hair was absolutely butchered, the worst haircut I’ve ever seen or received. I asked for a trim, and I ended up having several inches taken off with the worst layers ever. It looked horrific and I could’ve done a better job myself. It took me years to grow out my hair to that point and now I’m back to square one because of this. That being said, I called and explained how upset I was and they gave me a full refund and fixed my hair the best they could. I am not happy whatsoever and I absolutely hate my hair right now, but the gal who fixed my hair was very understanding and did good work at fixing the horrible cut. Be VERY selective about who you see if you go here. There are some very talented and knowledgeable stylists there but there is also a stylist who has no business touching anyone’s hair. My hair was absolutely butchered, the worst haircut I’ve ever seen or received. I asked for a trim, and I ended up having several inches taken off with the worst layers ever. From my hair being super thick and previously being dyed black from box dye and she got my hair blonde and exactly how I wanted in one session!! She is always professional, on time, and does an amazing job. She is personable and makes me feel comfortable. I recently had a major surgery and was unable to wash my own hair. Kirsty was able to get me into the soonest available appt and I left feeling so much better. I have been in a few times to get my hair braided and washed and my eyebrows waxed. I have seen Kirsty every time. She is always professional, on time, and does an amazing job. She is personable and makes me feel comfortable. I recently had a major surgery and was unable to wash my own hair. Kirsty was able to get me into the soonest available appt and I left feeling so much better. She is an amazing stylist and I plan to continue to see her for all my future salon needs!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf you plan on getting your hair dyed go elsewhere. My girlfriend got hers dyed twice and each time was a disaster. Not only did they give her the wrong color both times they fried her hair. The last time she tried to talk to the manager the lady did the best she could to avoided her. When my girlfriend finally got a hold of the manager she was given the run-around. After proving that she got her hair done at that establishment the lady told her that they don’t do refunds and she would give her a free consultation. When my girlfriend came in for said consultation they didn’t remember her. Which I think she dodged a bullet because describing their work as amateur would be too kind. I wish I could share a picture of what her hair looked like. It looked as if a child did it. She asked for rose gold and it turned out to be completely white with strands of hot pink.
