For the money I spent, I would have appreciated better customer service. I didn’t feel welcomed at all by the front desk, and didn’t receive a greeting from the stylist until I gave one first. The stylist barely spoke to my daughter when she was getting her haircut. She spoke to me, but not a lot. She was very nice when she did speak, but it just wasn’t the experience I’d expect when spending more money. I didn’t receive a thank you for the tip, and she didn’t ask if I would like to schedule a follow up. Overall, very disappointed in the experience.

I had the glorious joy of working with Briana (sp?). They took me in last minute, very fortunately, as they weren’t too busy. It was a great experience. She gave me options and we found a hair rescue plan that met my needs and my budget. This was my first time having my hair dyed in a salon (in at least several years) and it was really nice. I didn’t feel shamed for my self-dye job, albeit the most recent one was a disaster. She fixed my hair and made it lovely. The staff was pleasant and the place was really clean but felt comfortable. I’ll definitely be returning!

My son got his hair highlighted on top it wasn’t even noticeable and the salon charge me $75 when I complain to the owners Genie Ford and Sandy Hollings they were willing to cut the stylist’s Commission and give me a gift certificate. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this salon, you will regret it.

Would give them a zero if I could I spent 300 dollars on a gift certificate for my wife at Xmas was not told there was a expreation date on them.most men don’t look at that and I would understand if it changed owners or something, I’m sure I’m not the only one this happened to.i will take my 300 too 400 a year somewhere else.
