Instead of running to dispute what someone is saying and accusing them of lying, step up your game and provide customer service. You got on here to write all that, but failed to reach out and communicate with customers. Yes, I’m glad I never made it to your seat either with your poor customer service. I’ve been natural for 6 years and haven’t been to a salon in over 10 years. I finally decided to give Head Games the Salon a try after reading the reviews. I scheduled a consultation with Yolanda and she put me at ease. She answered all my questions, gave me options, by the time I left I felt comfortable enough for her to do my hair. Days later I received a relaxer, color, trim, and style. Yolanda took her time with my hair, was gentle, explained how much I should cut off and why, she also recommended what products I should use. I absolutely love my hair!!! Everything turned out so nice. I highly recommend her. Although I will be moving 2 hours away she will be worth the travel. Thanks again!

I’m always satisfied. Online scheduling is easy and convenient. The stylist there is professional and really respects your time. My hair has grown a lot, become softer, and the condition has improved since I started getting the conditioning treatments. I’m not the best at doing my own hair, so I’m in there EVERY week. Oh, they also have a prepaid monthly plan for regular clients who come weekly. Great job Yolanda! No one’s touching my hair, except for you.

I love everything about this salon. It’s great that the location is in close proximity to both home and work. The salon and it’s stylists are the most professional I’ve seen in this area. Scheduling is a breeze. I can schedule appointments at my leisure on their website from my phone or computer. The best part is that services are provided by appointment only. The appointments only policy is great, because when I reserve my slot with the REQUIRED deposit, I can rest assured that I can get in and out in a timely manner. Yolanda’s the BEST. Schedule with her. You won’t regret it!

Head Games is truly an amazing place. I remember searching all over town and finally finding Head Games. Their website is very simple and to the point and scheduling is a breeze. I have been coming here for 10 months now and I have no complaints whatsoever. This is my first salon in my entire life and I am so glad I found this place.
