If I could give zero stars I would. My wife went here after sharing pictures of what we wanted to get done. If you have brown hair and are trying to go blonde and especially red, they do not know what they are doing. They gave her some highlights and called that blonde. We were looking for strawberry blonde. They told her it would lighten up over time and they didn’t even bleach her hair down. Was almost just as dark as when she went in with no hints of red. We contacted the owner about this after a week of seeing if it would lighten up and we both knew it wouldnt when you dont bleach the hair down in the first place. The owner was argumentative and didn’t offer to fix her hair. She said she couldn’t understand what we wanted from them…. Maybe if they even tried coming close to the pics we sent their wouldn’t be an issue. We wanted strawberry blonde and we went from brunette to brunette with some exterior highlights… the owner even assisted the hairdresser during the process because she’s “never done red before”…. I would never recommend this place to anyone. What a waste of over $200

Stopped into this salon today for the first time. I wanted to talk about some pricing and was greeted by a woman that was busy texting on her phone to even acknowledge me at all when I walked in. When she finally asked to help me, I told her I was looking for pricing. She grabbed a pricing flyer and then proceeded to AGAIN start texting on her phone ignoring me. I’m so sorry that your business can’t be bothered by potential new clients. It’s a shame that you allow your staff to do this. If this employee doesn’t want to do the job then maybe she should look elsewhere.

Love love love this place. At my first appointment Amanda, with a quick consult with the owner,p created a plan to fix my over bleached dried out hair. My blond hair now looks and feels healthy! I especially like how Amanda took time to explain to me how product work along with its impact on hair. The atmosphere is inviting with what I would call and elegant warehouse look and the location is convenient. I would definitely recommend Head Games!

Being loyal to your stylist is important to your hair health and their knowledge of how to care for your hair.
