Today was my first time at this salon. Neat, clean, orderly environment. Very pleasant and sociable staff. Alyx did an absolutely amazing color transformation on my hair and a fantastic cut/style. Hands down it’s the best hair color I’ve ever had and I’m thrilled with the cut. My hair looks and feels better than it has in ages. I won’t even consider going to anyone else for my hair needs. If you go to Alyx, you can’t go wrong. Before I left the salon today, I made 2 future appts.

If you want your hair done right and styled right and great conversation while getting it done then, ask for Rachel! She always does an amazing job on my hair! I’ma metro and very particular about it. Thanks for the great work! I’m sure the other stylists there are good too but she is the only one I’ve ever had cut my hair there! Would definitely recommend!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI wish I could leave zero stars! This is the most unprofessional hair salon I’ve ever been to, and insanely over priced for absolutely horrible quality hair dye and cut and professionalism. I can’t speak on anyone other than the OWNERS quality and professionalism, if that says anything, she BUTCHERED my hair…not just the cut that was much like a bowl cut, but the color that RUINED the beautiful blonde I already had…then charged me $110 for ruining my hair in every way possible, and refused to refund anything, even when I tried to be as nice as I possibly could. (even though what I really wanted was to go back and never lower my standards enough to go anywhere near this shop) If you care about your appearance even in the slightest bit go ANYWHERE ELSE.
