My husband and I are so impressed with the service today. Our daughter looks amazing! We were a little anxious about the cut because our daughter was wanting to go so short and it was such a huge change. After seeing the result, I don’t know what I was ever worried about. It came out beautiful. Katie (I wasn’t there so I hope that is the right name) really took Bella’s wants into consideration and applied them and the result is more than we could have hoped for. I am surprised to say that it looks like Bella has had this cut forever, like it was designed for her. So, from now on we will be bringing our whole family to Head Case for our hair needs. Even my husband wants to have his hair and beard cut there and that is saying a lot because he takes his beard very seriously! Thank you so much for the outstanding job and for making our daughter feel so comfortable. Thank you for the outstanding job you did on her haircut. She is 12 and that age is tough. I can tell you that Bella feels so good about herself and that is priceless! We just can’t thank you enough and we look forward to using Head Case for all our hair needs in the future!

If I could give them 10 stars I totally would. From the point of me calling them and making an appointment request and how it was dealt with to my haircut experience!!!! I researched over 30 salons and finally called them based on reviews, location, pricing, ambience, comfort and most importantly can they handle my hair and do the cut I am looking for- and on every aspect they were perfect! It took me two years to hand my trust to cut my hair and I am so so glad I chose Head Case Hair Studio. Katie did my hair and I tell you she is not only very sharp girl and knows what she is doing but she also took time to understand what I am looking for and what my fears were. I have long, thick wavy hair and us Indians are used to certain kind of hair cuts – our hair is very different like any other ethnicity, it fall differently, the texture is different so I was very nervous, I showed her the video and she patiently saw it and helped me understand what her plan will be. The outcomes was outstanding!!! Mind blowing!!!! Also her massage while head wash – I would probably just got for that next lol. The products she used she explained me their use and how I can style my hair with our without them.

Jessecia “Jesse” Choate is the best! She always makes sure to explain the process to help me understand what she is doing and what to expect. This salon is lucky to have such an amazing stylist on their team. I have had bad hair experiences in the past, but I always feel comfortable with Jessecia because I know she always takes great care of my hair!
