I developed curly hair about 10 years ago after having straight hair for years, however I never really knew just how curly it was until after Karie did it a couple years ago. Its curly and she makes it look so good every time. I also have tons of grey,, which she manages to get rid of each time also. Been going here a couple years and I absolutely LOVE my hair every time I leave. I developed curly hair about 10 years ago after having straight hair for years, however I never really knew just how curly it was until after Karie did it a couple years ago. Its curly and she makes it look so good every time. I also have tons of grey,, which she manages to get rid of each time also. I highly recommend this salon!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityOne of the worse hair cuts I have gotten. Very thick choppy layers. I asked that my hair to be thinned and she did the very opposite. She cut off 4 inches when I asked no more than an inch to be taken off as I wanted to keep my length but understood some need to be off due to very little breakage. Right side was 2 inches longer than the left side of my head. Crazy amount of layers only on right side and no layers on the left. Showed up on time to my appointment only to be sitting and waiting for 15 minutes. She still never thinned it and that’s what I mainly came here for due to migraines from the thickness of my hair. I don’t ever leave reviews but I was devastated when I took a closer look at home. Went somewhere else for it to get fixed for A LOT cheaper. Now I have to wait at least a year to let this grow to even a normal length. I’m just letting anyone know with really long hair they cherish maybe this isn’t the place for you. Gift certificate for our RN at Rackleff because this is what she wanted for nursing week.. I walked in and immediately greeted and helped and I felt was grateful for the business.. I feel that it is so important for people to be praised on how they make someone feel.. I recently bought. Gift certificate for our RN at Rackleff because this is what she wanted for nursing week.. I walked in and immediately greeted and helped and I felt was grateful for the business.. So the RN shows up this morning and honestly they did an amazing job not only with the cut and color and style but with her confidence… Thank you ladies!! ❤️❤️❤️

Positive: Quality, ValueHighly recommend!!Ive had my hair done by various stylist through out my life and I’ve never walked out the salon feeling completely satisfied. I’ve always walked out thinking “I’ll shower and restyle my hair at home and maybe it’ll look better then” because the stylist never styles your hair the way you do every day right? And even then it’s not exactly what you wanted. I usually contact the salon first and send them a photo or photos of what I want done and ask if they can do it and I bring the photo in with me. Eventually accepting that this is just the way things go and settling for $4 box dye done by yours truly.Karie was recommended to me when I was looking for someone who could pull off a fashion color that was far more sophisticated than I could do with box dye. So I took a shot! Not only was the environment comfortable, every person I met was kind, funny and real! It didn’t feel like anyone was putting on a customer service front or being fake in anyway. Everyone felt genuine.Being that I’ve used box dye on my hair, the process to get me from start to finish was time consuming and tricky but Karie never once made me feel like it was an inconvenience and she never rushed through it. I’ve had plenty of experiences where an appointment ran longer than expected and it was obvious the job was being rush in order to get me out the door. This was not the case at Headcase salon!When Karie was adding color to my hair she stopped and I could tell she had an idea she asked “do you trust me?” And I responded Yes! Then thought to myself …you don’t even know this person! But I really did trust her and rightfully so!
