Headbangers is awesome! I had an issue with a styling tool that I purchased directly from Headbangers. I contacted the manufacturer, and they told me I was completely out of luck unless I jumped through a few hoops, and even then, they’d only give me online credit. I called the shop just to get some info, and without missing a beat, Jo offered to replace my tool at no additional charge to me. She didn’t have to do that, and I sure wasn’t expecting it. Wonderful customer service and retail support. 5 stars!

This is just perfect. Katie is my new and favorite stylist. I went there today and the customer service is really good. I ask for a few natural highlights, and I got exactly what I wanted and even more! Reasonable prices, really beautiful and modern decorations. This Salon is my no. 1 choice, no doubt about it! Although they should consider to open more locations so everyone can enjoy a really nice experience near them!

Jo is top notch! I went to her after a bad hair appointment at a different location. She listened to me, did great babylights all over to blend in the chunky color, and even squeezed in a quick fix of the cut. I’m so excited I found someone who does teeny tiny meticulous highlights!
