Spoke with someone on the phone. First time customer. Inquired for their services and requested for a Sunday appointment as I have two very young children close in age and my husband works M-F an hour away. With a Christmas party this Saturday, I unfortunately didn’t have availability. So I figured to ask about Sunday. I guess their salon isn’t open on Sundays. However, the person on the phone was not very customer service friendly, short and came off rude. Seemed like she’d rather get off the phone ASAP, rather than gain clientele. Growing up, salons were always open on the weekends. Even if it was shorter staff on Sundays. There’s a way to speak to a customer, even if you don’t offer that availability. So instead of giving this salon my business, I’m taking my children and myself elsewhere, where we actually feel wanted and a place where I am happy to spend my dime.

This Hair Salon has the most Amazing Hair Stylist’s in Missouri .. Her name is Kelsey Bone.. Kelsey loves to do Hair & it shows in her work!! Kelsey has a natural talent that she brings with her and she is a delightful, friendly, caring person, that you will immediately like, the moment you meet her ;). Kelsey will truly listen to everything you think, you may want to do with your hair & she will explain if what you want, will work or if it will have issues & why. Kelsey will also suggest alternatives that would be better for you and your hair. After all, she is the expert and we should trust her expertise.
