Had a horrible experience here. I thought I’d try them out to have them do my wedding party’s hair and came in for a practice run and hair color. All their facebook pictures looked great on others, so thought it would work great! Big Mistake! I had my hair lightened and asked my lady(DeAnn) to avoid any orange/brass color. The lower highlight colors looked great, but my roots were as orange as can be! Clearly did not know how to color hair. I was in tears as soon as I got home. I’ve had my hair lightened often and never experienced this! She also practiced my wedding up-do, which was a mess. Very unprofessionally done. She charged me for it, but took the whole thing out before I left the salon. I canceled my entire wedding hair plans and had to have my hair corrected at another salon. I left a voicemail letting them know of my cancellation and hair coloring problem and never received a call back. I tried to give them the opportunity to fix their mistake and heard nothing. Extremely unprofessional. Beware! especially when it comes to such an important event like a wedding!
