I always greet everyone when I come in. There is a girl there named Tori if I’m correct who is absolutely rude and makes sure you know she doesn’t care for you or what you want done. And now the quality of my nails aren’t as good as they were before. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I recently got my nails done at a place other than H and D and the day after I got them done one of them cracked. I was very disappointed for the high price I was charged. After being recommended to H and D following the incident I was quick to go in and see if all of the hype was true. My nail tech did an amazing job and was so kind about answering all of my questions regarding acrylics. I really appreciated the atmosphere here and will 100% be going back!
