First of all, I want to say that sanitation and atmosphere is nice. No strong smell because they don’t do acrylic only SNS. I gave 3 stars based on both my visits. First visit, I got a gel polish pedicure. It looked nice but it started lifting quickly because they polished on my cuticles. That was a disappointment considering the whole point of pedicure is to clean up feet and cuticles. Clearly the cuticles were not cleaned properly or the lady just didn’t care to polish clean since she knew it was gel. Today was my second time and decided to just get regular polish pedicure due to the first experience. Lady was nice but taps on your feet as if you’re a robot or know what she wants you to do. I don’t know if you want my feet up, in water or a certain way. It would be nice if you ask me or gesture what you need me to do. I can’t read your mind. I asked to even out my toe nails and she cuts the sides of my nails for no reason.. that’s just a big no no and asking for ingrown toenails to happen. She polished my toes then lotion my feet. Her glasses that drapes down on her neck hit my polished toes twice. Beware of that. I let her know the first time and she just nodded and said no. The price of services went up which I understand due to the economy but the services I got both times now have been disappointing. I just wished I was treated like human and the money I spent was worth it.
