Worst costumer service! The lady that was threading is very rude. I went in at 6:40pm and she yelled at me “you need your mask!” Then proceeds to say “anyways we are closed.” But I pointed to her door that states 8pm. She just looked at me and turned “no we close at 7pm” I felt that this situation could’ve been handled a lot more professionally and she failed to do so. It’s sad because she does great work, I’ve been to this store twice and never had complaints until now. I will no longer give my business here.

This place is fantastic. Great customer service and overall great work! I was so excited to find out Mina was working at this location now. She is the only one I trust to do my eyebrows. I have been going to her for years and she is not only nice but honest. When I first went she told me not to tweeze anymore and it was the best advice. My eyebrows are back to being full and just how I wanted the shape. Highly recommend! Mina is the best!

Mina is very rude , I pulled my mask for less than a second and she kept saying don’t pull your mask I have to worry about my safety, I was like if you really worry about your safety to take off your mask, people are not required to wear masks anymore even the Sing she has at the door one person at time and her store is big, I was like you might lose customers and she was like I don’t care I care about my health ok that’s fine worry about your health but stay home. She was talking to me very rudely. If you don’t care about your customers then you don’t care about your business.

I want to say about a month ago the lady that I have been getting my eyebrows threaded with for more than 8 years, just took over this location. She always does what I ask for and she is very honest, let me further explain what I mean by honest. She will leave a couple of hairs and tell you leave those there for this reason or if you want her to take out she would advise you that it isn’t a good idea and so forth… She is the ONLY person who has been able to get my eyebrows even for the past 8 years and the ONLY person I trust. Her name is Mina and I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone! Her work is amazing!

Terrible experience. Nail tech cut my cuticle and it was a painful experience. Tech was too busy looking for new customers and was not interested in giving me her time for a pleasant experience. She did not get a tip and l will not be back there.
