I love HC! Everyone there makes you feel at home and you really feel like they appreciate your business. I see Jessica for my hair and she is super nice and really sweet to talk to. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had an appointment scheduled with Elise an waited an hour after the appointment time to be seen and ended up leaving because I was told I would have to wait another hour . I scheduled another appointment for early June and decided to not go through with it, they sent a text asking to confirm if I still wanted the appointment so I didn’t. She called and said this is how she makes a living, which i understand, then told me to reschedule so I could pay for the reschedule and the appointment I had missed. I take responsibility for the missed appointment but I found that guilt tripping me was unprofessional. I love the salon and everyone was friendly, just be very careful about who you schedule with. It’s very easy to make an appointment and I’ve never had to wait past my scheduled time. Everyone is friendly and accommodating! I was going to a really expensive salon in Londonderry but couldn’t afford the almost $400 every few months for a color. The prices are great! I also got a service called a “base breaker” from Ellice, which I’d never been offered before, to help prevent over coloring or hair breakage between appointments. This place was a really great hidden gem! I was going to a really expensive salon in Londonderry but couldn’t afford the almost $400 every few months for a color. The prices are great!
