My very last visit was a COMPLETE disaster and I NEVER experienced anything like it! I left out of the shop with my hair partly finished. Then, Kaila expected me to pay full price for a style that was NOT complete! To add further frustration, she was very condescending and even called her mother! She did not even try to fix the issue or reschedule!
