Critical: ProfessionalismWas there 1 1/2 hours before they close. Only wanted simple pedicure. One person waiting for pedicure to dry & 1 getting ready. Told me couldn’t do it. Come back tomorrow. Very rude!!!! You would think they would want the business! Will never go back & will tell others. Positive: Cleanliness, QualityI love love this place! It’s hard to find a good place out here in the country side and this is by far one of my favorites. I went in for a pedi with gel and a mani with overlay and gel and they where amazing. The nails where not chunky and shaped well and their talent for design is great. It’s best that you call and make an appointment as they can get busy very fast. Sometimes they have a long wait but you have to understand there’s only 2 or 3 of them that work there and the amount of people that come in over powers them. I love love this place! It’s hard to find a good place out here in the country side and this is by far one of my favorites. I went in for a pedi with gel and a mani with overlay and gel and they where amazing. The nails where not chunky and shaped well and their talent for design is great. It’s best that you call and make an appointment as they can get busy very fast. Sometimes they have a long wait but you have to understand there’s only 2 or 3 of them that work there and the amount of people that come in over powers them. I am so happy with my service ❤️

I asked for Duo colors, gel for fingers, polish for toes and ended up with two totally different shades of pink I didn’t notice until after I left. I went back to get an explanation and give them a chance to make it right. They blamed it on the manufacturers (it’s not that, I own this brand and have never had a problem before). I was told it would be another half an hour for them to fix it by using gel on my toes. I just left and will be going somewhere else next time. Waited almost an hour for nail service. I asked for Duo colors, gel for fingers, polish for toes and ended up with two totally different shades of pink I didn’t notice until after I left.
