Was really happy with this place at a time but every time I walk in now they are super rude and never “have time” to fix my nails…. one woman just asked how can I help you and a woman spoke up and said very rudely we do not have time today….. didn’t ask if I wanted an appointment or anything. Mind you someone just walked in right before me and she wasn’t rude at all with her and her children. This is the 3rd time this week I have tried to come get my dang nails fixed… Never again will I be coming here, yall just lost a customer from being unnecessarily rude to me. Thanks

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been to this nail salon before and really enjoyed my experience. I went in this past Saturday one hour after they open and as soon as I walked in a young lady yelled at me and said too busy today. No explanation or anything they only had two people waiting. Most places tell you a wait time but not here . If they had appointments that were previously booked she should have said so. I’ve been to this nail salon before and really enjoyed my experience. I went in this past Saturday one hour after they open and as soon as I walked in a young lady yelled at me and said too busy today. No explanation or anything they only had two people waiting. Most places tell you a wait time but not here . If they had appointments that were previously booked she should have said so. I felt it was very unprofessional and I will not be going back due to poor customer service.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give this place 0 stars I certainly would. I just had the worst experience. First off, prior to even getting started on my nails she tried to pressure me multiple times to get powder after I told her no. Glad I didn’t. I realize I am picky when I get my nails done so I let the lady know how I wanted my nails filed and also that the acrylic she applied was too thick. Instead of her fixing what a PAYING customer requested of her she decided to get an attitude. When I told her “if you are going to have an attitude doing my nails I will wait for someone else” she proceeded to do whatever she wanted and now my nails look horrible. And decided to argue with me. I would never return here and don’t recommend this place. She decided to rush and now my nails look like garbage. Wish I could give them a zero. This place had heavy negative undertones. Had an appointment and when I arrived they suddenly didn’t do long nails and didn’t have any bright, gel nail colors. A lady asked me to sit down at her station, but then asked me to pick a color. When I went to pick a color, she decided to paint another customer’s nails who knew her by name. I finally decided to leave. Horrible place and this was my first time going to this place. I’d heard great things about this place, but maybe it is just for white customers.

I love this place. Went here because my usual place was closed. This is now my usual place. Prices were affordable. I had no problem communicating with EVERYONE that worked there. They were all very nice and friendly. The shop is small but super neat and sanitary. The prices are also very reasonable, I got tips and a dip manicure for $35.

We were a little disappointed with our experience here. I came in with a bachelorette party to have our nails done right before the wedding. We called ahead a few days in advance and made an appointment for 8 people to have mani/pedis. We arrived on time, but had to wait over half an hour for the first person in our party to be seen. All 8 of us ended up being attended to at random times while other customers came and went. The last person didn’t even get seated to start her pedicure until over an hour after our reserved time. We were there over 2 hours. It also became apparent that the ladies were rushing towards the end. A couple of us have crooked and rough nails, so we had to file them again ourselves when we got home. We also had at least two people with large bubbles in the polish. All of the ladies in the shop were very sweet and friendly, but it was a little disheartening to spend so much money on something that we could have done ourselves.

I came in lady started my nails at 10:45 because her 10:15 was a no show. The 10:15 shows up at 10:50 and The lady stops me to do her and I have to wait for another nail tech after this lady had already cut mine back and begun to grind the polish off. Then the other lady does me and some of my nails have acrylic thick as I-64 with potholes in them as well.
