My introductory visit was short , Dr Knott was pleasant we discussed the possibility of taking a skin sample on my cheek at my next visit and I left .. judge my surprise when getting my Medicare United Health bill that I had been charged 391 dollars for the visit plus198 for a small skin sample to be sent to the lab.. none of this happened but according to the Acct , the MA checked the wrong square on her tablet .. mistakes can happen but I would have never known had I had no checked my bill .. certainly hope this was an isolated event !!!

Dr. Knott’s office staff are very friendly and professional. Her office and exam rooms are very clean and have HEPA air filtration. And Dr. Knott herself is the epitome of a terrific physician and dermatologist. She’s both caring and sharp clinically. She did a skin check for me. She told me I don’t have sun damage which is a positive thing, which no one ever told me. I asked about removing small growths, and instead of giving me appointment, suggested I could wait several years.She doesn’t push products or services; I asked at the front desk to learn what is available.
