I gave them a call to check if they was busy or if anyone was on a waiting list. The gentleman who answered phone immediately was rude and told me to call another place and ask them if they run by appointments!! I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 2 years and this is by far the worst business to be opened because they are extremely rude!!!! Highly recommend to avoid this barber shop at all times!!!!!!!!

At 4:30pm on a Saturday, the barber inside saw me coming and turned off the open sign and rudely waved me off with his back turned. I chose to come because Google Maps said they close at 5:30pm on Saturdays. Won’t be returning. Getting your haircut is all about the positive vibes and customer experience, funny how that was ruined without even entering the premises.
