I have gotten a lot of massages throughout the years, and I would rate Hawa as one of the best massage therapists in King County. Sometimes she works out spots you didn’t even know were as tense. She often goes above and beyond to give you a relaxing experience. Recently, I purchased a massage as a gift for my boyfriend who had never had a professional massage. Hawa was so kind and gracious with him during his experience. She did a really good job and he mentions it as one of the best experiences of his life. I have been to this place and had a wonderful service from another lady that was not there today . Today’s experience was terrible. First of all, we were asked to pay $40 dollar tip even before the massage. We never have an issue with tipping, we understand it. But the lady today was literally talking to us like trash. Only got 40 mins massage and that does not account for the number of times she had to leave to pick up calls and stop to talk to the other massage lady. The old lady was extremely rude and rough. We paid $160 for a terrible experience.
