I have to say I myself am highly disappointed with Hawaiian Tans. I am about to elope in 2 weeks and I was wanting a nice tan by the time the big day got here . I started tanning 6-7 weeks ago, I paid $170 plus for my tanning packaging which only consist of 20 tans only. Which is enough for what I needed however apparently the bulbs in the stand up aren’t up to par bc after 6 weeks of making appointments driving to appointments and squeezing them in between all of my craziness I still do not have a solid tan which is very odd for me bc I tan quick and dark within 3 weeks…… So I mention it to the girl that is working and she says that a couple other people had said the same thing about the stand up bed not really giving them results. She was super nice and gave me a free tan in one of the beds until she was able to speak to the owner about the situation. Well needless to say I went back in there not looking for my money back or 20 free tans but I was wanting the business owner to sympathize with the issue and work with me to find a solution but instead I was told that she was not able to do anything about it and would not do anything about it. So after being a customer since basically high school, I will no longer give them my time or my money. I will also no longer recommend them to anyone like I have done in the past! I’m not one to complain I usually just deal with things or let them go but I find that this was not acceptable after giving my money and time to a business for 15 plus years! I highly suggest finding a place that has a business owner that cares about her customers and the service they get so you don’t get screwed out of a ton of money and a ton of your time!

I have tanned here for years. It has changed owners, 3 in about 12 years. Currently I havent had any problems and the staff is friendly. Wished they had longer hours, so people taking night classes could tan after class. Still a nice and clean place to tan.
