I had probably the next to last worse experience with my nail tech today. I tried telling the lady(older lady) I don’t know her name that I wanted my nails cut down, I thought she heard me but apparently she didn’t. So I asked again and she said” I already filed them” then I said okay well never-ending, she then grabbed my hand and started filing them super hard and left my picking almost bleeding. She had a attitude from the beginning and I hate it because I don’t like leaving a bad remark for a nail salon, like who does that? But I left 2 stars because Sue told me as I was paying out that next time come to her and let her do my nails instead.

My sister and I came here cause our usual spot was closed. The salon was clean. They didn’t have spa slippers so my sister did not get her pedicure. We both got the dip both our nails had lumps and bumps plus dip on my skin all of this took over 4 hours.

Critical: QualityMy nails are bumpy, Uneven, and blotchy… the pink color has dark spots and lines … it’s horrible and I left a $15 tip. Didn’t notice it until I got home. These pics don’t do justice on how horrible they look. I spent $85 on this mess

Everything was very well done. The lady that did mine made sure that the sides were covered and that there were enough layers. The man there did my design which looked perfect and took him almost no time to do. I got gel (removed old, added gel, got design) and the price was $25. Will definitely be going again

I’m a very loyal customer, I used to come here every two weeks to get my toes done, gel, & have even gotten manicures from billy that were phenomenal. I’ve been here multiple times before I let them touch my eyebrows, I have had nothing but bad experiences elsewhere; each time the customers seem happy when they leave. So I’ve let the owner do my eyebrows (don’t know her name, thinner lady very first booth, usually the only one that does the service) multiple times & a little thin but other then that I’ve been happy. The last two times it has been a different person (3rd booth usually) & granted I haven’t been there in over a month from my recent visit today because she DESTROYED my eyebrows. I’m talking about ripped my arch’s off made only one of my eyebrows sooooo far over it was in line with my tear duct. I told her when she did it; it was wrong & explained to her & she pretty much told me I was wrong. So when she walked up to preform my service, I explained to her not to go too far over I explained how I wanted them, because the arch even though I shouldn’t have to ; I can fix when a pencil however the beginning of my eyebrow I couldn’t fix, it was NOT fixable at all. This time she did the exact same thing, I’m pretty sure it’s because the way they have it set up, but she still made me feel invalid. So here I am, can’t get ahold of the owner & distraught about this situation entirely. I will not be returning. Which really sucks because billy is amazing at what he does. If you do decide to go here, he is the only person I recommend. Do not let them wax you at all.

I only soaked for MAYBE 10 minutes–whereas other popular salons have had me soak for 40-60 min to buy time.They spent so much time shaping my nails–they look phenomenal and natural. No bulkiness to the dip. Can’t wait to return.
