This used to be my absolute favorite place to go but after my most recent experience I won’t be returning. I had acrylics that I’d had for 3-4 weeks and I asked them to take them off to paint my real nails that had grown out underneath. She proceeds to rip off my nails with another acrylic even after I told her she was hurting me. She ripped one of my nails off to the flesh and then tries to file it. Its still extremely painful days later. I asked for gel polish, they did dip and left yellow all over my fingertips. Unfortunately I’ll be looking for another salon

What happened to this place? Though IMO it was never the best place to use for nails, they used to be pretty good. Fast forward to a week ago – hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any nail shop. The paint job done was just horrible and I had to complain. The lady took the polish off and tried it again but the second go around was just as bad as the first., I finally opted for no polish because she clearly didn’t have the talent to paint nails. I didn’t recognize any of the employees in there and didn’t see the original owner. Perhaps that is the problem.

I am very dissatisfied… I went 2 days ago to get my top lip and my eye brows waxed… the wax was extremely hot and burned my eyelid and it also burned my top lip I have bumps that hurt all over my mouth area and I have never had that happen when getting my face waxed.. this is ridiculous I will not be back at all Waxing
